Shkelzen Cakaj has received his BSc and MSc degrees from Pristina University in Kosovo. He has prepared his Master Thesis at Vienna Technical University. Prof. Dr. İsmail KOCAYUSUFOĞLU attended ALA (American Language Academy, Pueblo-Colorado in 1989. He started his Ph.D. at Michigan State University, East Lansing (1990-1991).
